The Teaching and Placement Unit is an essential part of St. Philomena's College. It places a strong focus on job training and internships for students. We have extended our partnership with JV Global for aptitude and rational thinking skills. The cell's mission is to assist pupils at every step of their career development.

In addition to group talks and general personality development skills like goal-setting and confidence, the placement cell offers services like résumé writing, interview preparation, and group discussions. These comprise potential abilities (verbal ability, quantitative reasoning, and logical reasoning). By following a two-part divisional progression, training and placement, the students' professional goal is outlined and their career aspect is given real weight. The training programme offers enormous possibilities for the student's view on the industrial environment to develop dramatically.
